A Design Manager's Office has been established in the area to coordinate design, environmental monitoring and public involvement activities. Jacobs Edwards and Kelcey has relocated the project office in the Northbrook Corporate Center, which is located off Northbrook Drive near the US 1 interchanges at the Turnpike and Neshaminy Mall.  Please see below for information on the project office location and contact information.
